Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation and Delays from Istanbul to Siirt

My flight from Istanbul to Siirt was canceled while I was at the airport. It was then changed to a flight to Batman. The Batman flight was also delayed and took off late. Strangely, the Batman flight landed in Urfa. They told us they would take us to Siirt by shuttle from there, which would take 5-6 hours by road. No one agreed to this. After landing at Urfa airport, we waited for 1.5 hours without any information. Finally, they told us they were refueling the plane and would take us back to Batman. I spent 5 hours on the plane. It would have been quicker to travel abroad. It took me a total of 15-16 hours to reach the city. I had an urgent matter and needed to arrive in Siirt by noon, but I reached there at midnight. Two days later, I found a ticket and returned to Istanbul without being able to handle any of my business. I request a refund for my tickets.
