Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation and Communication Issues

I had planned my return flight for March 31st at 9:45 AM (Tk7173 - U8W5Z3), but now I won't be able to vote because of you. There are no direct flights available throughout the day. The Anadolu Jet app states that the March 31st flights have been canceled and that the transfer process for existing passengers to flights within the Anadolu Jet network is ongoing. Naturally, I want to know if you will transfer me to another flight or if my ticket has been put on hold. However, I couldn't find anyone to speak with. For two days, I repeatedly called Anadolu Jet's phone number 850 333 25 38; they said they couldn't access my flight information and transferred me to Turkish Airlines. Turkish Airlines said the issue is not related to them and that I need to fill out a feedback form. The result of the feedback form was the same: call 850 333 25 38. Truly amazing. You have no right to inconvenience people like this. Rest assured, I will complain through every possible channel.
