Turkish Airlines Flight and Service Issues

I want to share my complaint about the worst THY flight I have ever experienced. My flight TK 7511 from Izmir to Sabiha Gokcen on 17.08.2023 was delayed due to the late arrival of the aircraft. When I informed the ground staff that I had a connecting flight, they assured me there would be no issues with the connections. However, upon landing at Sabiha Gokcen, I received an email stating that my connecting flight to Tbilisi would depart from Istanbul Airport. My total travel time was delayed by 8 hours, causing the cancellation of my meeting, car rental, and all other arrangements.
The ground crew advised me to report my complaint to customer service, and customer service directed me back to the ground crew. They mentioned that nothing could be done about the inconvenience caused, but they offered a meal voucher. However, the meal voucher was only valid at certain chain restaurants, which were closed when I tried to use it.
As a frequent flyer who always prefers this airline, I am deeply disappointed by how such a large and reputable company, claiming to connect continents, treats its customers. It seems that there is no accountability for poor service at THY. The system is so well-organized that you can't even file a complaint properly!
