Turkish Airlines Flight and Baggage Issue on SAWTK7741
On January 31, 2024, during flight SAWTK7741 from Dusseldorf, my baggage was lost, and no information has been provided about it. If we had been informed that our belongings wouldn't be taken on the plane, I wouldn't have boarded. I was left stranded in Istanbul without my belongings and personal items. Now, I will also file a complaint with CIMER. Yesterday, they convinced three people to deboard by offering €400 each. However, without informing us, they didn't load our belongings onto the plane, and none of our losses were compensated. We missed our connection in Istanbul because the flight was delayed. This situation has caused us significant inconvenience. I urgently request that this issue be resolved and my needs be met. My baggage contains essential medications, and without them, I may face health issues. If any health problems arise, I hold THY Anadolu Jet responsible. I urgently demand that my needs be addressed.
