Turkish Airlines Extra Miles Issue
On September 7, 2023, I purchased a ticket for the Turkish Airlines flight TK7265 from Adana to Sabiha Gokcen. While booking the ticket on the official Turkish Airlines website, I was offered a deal. By paying an additional ₺400, I could increase my baggage allowance and earn an extra 500 miles. I paid ₺2,000 instead of ₺1,600, but the miles were not credited to my account. I have complained multiple times, but they asked for a screenshot of the offer and mentioned that the extra miles are only applicable on Turkish Airlines flights, not on Anadolu Jet. Do I have to take a screenshot to trust Turkish Airlines? And if the offer is only valid on Turkish Airlines, why did they charge me an extra ₺400? I request a refund of the difference or the crediting of the miles to my account.
