Turkish Airlines Elite Plus Membership and Business Class Seat Issues

I am an Elite Plus member. During my last flight in Business Class on an Airbus from Istanbul to Los Angeles on February 10, my 4K seat did not work and remained in an upright position. I reported the issue to THY, and they only compensated me with 20,000 miles, which I found insufficient. Despite flying this route with THY 5-6 times a year, I feel this treatment is unfair. For a ticket purchased at such a high price, a Business Class passenger should not have to endure a 13-hour flight without a properly functioning seat. THY should be ashamed of this treatment. There have also been consistent issues with their 787 aircraft on recent flights. On my previous flight, I couldn't lower the armrest, making my sleeping space very cramped. The cabin crew mentioned that this problem exists with many seats. On an earlier flight, the TV screen did not work at all, and I was only given 7,500 points. On another flight, the internet did not work, and I received no points for that. The one time I used my points to purchase a ticket, they took 200,000 points for a one-way trip. The meager points they are now offering make me regret spending over $100,000 on THY in the past few years.
