Turkish Airlines Business Class Experience Comparable to Comfort Class

I had a very uncomfortable journey with THY on my Istanbul/Abu Dhabi flight, despite booking Business Class seats. Both on the outbound and return flights, the seats were at a Comfort Class level. Additionally, I want to point out the unfairness of the miles awarded for Business Class. Not only was it difficult for adults to lie down, but I also struggled to make my 2 and 3-year-old grandchildren comfortable. When I reported the issue through the THY website, the response I received was, 'We plan the comfort of the aircraft in our fleet under international standards, and we prioritize having a modern and comfortable aircraft interior.' Previously, I had a true Business Class experience when flying to Dubai in the same class. My main issue is this: If such an aircraft is to be provided, then the miles awarded should be equivalent to Comfort Class miles, not Business Class miles. The in-flight catering is not important to me. What matters is that we and the children can travel comfortably.
