Turkish Airlines Failed to Reissue My ₺250,000 Business Class Tickets After Delay
As an Elite Plus member with Turkish Airlines, I was hoping for better service, but sadly, my experience has been really disappointing. A year back, my flight got delayed for 6 hours, and I was looking to use my rights to reschedule for another date. I had a business class ticket for two to China, costing around ₺250,000. I’ve tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but I still can’t get this sorted out. Turkish Airlines didn't reissue my tickets, and whenever I contacted them, I got a feedback number and was told someone would call me back, but that never happened. It's really annoying to feel overlooked like this, especially since I'm a loyal Elite Plus member. I'm thinking about taking legal steps to assert my rights.
