On November 6, 2023, I tried to convert my ticket with reference number TK-9541664 and PNR number VAMJI8 to an open ticket due to an upcoming surgery. They requested a stamped, signed, and dated medical report including diagnosis and treatments. I provided a report from a state hospital with the chief physician's stamp and signature. However, they responded that the current ticket conditions do not allow free changes or refunds for health reasons. I ask, what needs to happen for a change to be allowed? Everyone knows that state hospitals do not easily give surgery appointments. I was given a hospital admission and surgery date that coincided with my flight date. As someone who is suffering from this situation, what should I do? This attitude does not suit THY, a reputable institution of the state. I kindly request the resolution of my grievance.
