Turkish Airlines Did Not Offer The B-Day Cake Requested on My Birthday

When my colleagues learned that THY has a cake service on international flights and wanted to surprise me like this, THY customer representative was called and a cake request was received. They even got confirmation by calling again. However, there was no such surprise on flight TK1347. My colleagues who wanted to surprise me were on the same plane. I reported this situation to THY as feedback. In the reply I received, the flight attendants asked me about this mane on the plane and they wrote that I said I did not have such a request. I can tell you: - No one asked me anything like that on the plane. If they asked, why wouldn't I? - My friends and colleagues are witnesses to the event. Who will you show as witnesses that I did not have a request? - If you do not have such an application (serving cake on the plane), why are you advertising in this way and claiming that there is such an application on your website? - I am already the complainant in the feedback I wrote to you. Let me say why I did not make such a request to you on the plane and write to you about why this cake was not offered to you. THY is at fault in this regard. I leave it to the public who reads this detail to appreciate whoever hindered my happiness, albeit a small one, of both my friends, colleagues, and mine. They said they were very sorry about the incident but there was nothing they could do. Incidents like this did happen. They said so. Even though ı didn't have a request, they loaded 1000 Bonus miles. In fact, ı think it would have been better if they had made a phone call and said that it was a mistake and they apologized, such incidents would not have actually happened, but this time it would have been better if they had said that it had happened and made statements that would increase the brand image. My birthday has passed already. I don't want a cake. But if ve had a nice phone call or maybe a coffee on the next trip, it would have had a more positive Impact on the customer image. I hope these are some advice from me…
