Turkish Airlines Did Not Deliver My Luggage to My Hotel After Flight
I arrived at Luxembourg Airport on September 6, 2025, on flight TK886281. My luggage was not delivered upon arrival. I filed a lost report at the airport, using reference number LUXTK16181. As of today, my luggage has been found, but it has not been transferred to my hotel. My luggage contains important and necessary items, including my hair straightener and medication. This is causing me significant distress. Furthermore, when I contacted Turkish Airlines customer service, they said they were unable to assist me and offered no solution. I am currently staying at the Kyriad Meaux Sud Nanteuil Hotel in France (23 Av. De la Foulee, 77100 Nanteuil-les-Meaux, France). I demand that my luggage be delivered to my hotel today (September 7), and that I be compensated for any material and moral damages I have suffered. If my luggage does not arrive tomorrow, I will be forced to purchase new clothes and medication. I request that this distress be resolved immediately and urgently.
