I got to Sabiha Gokcen Airport two hours before my TK7238 flight to Samsun on June 24, 2023. When I got to the airport at 21:55, the flight that was supposed to leave at 21:15 had been delayed by 40 minutes. Later, a different gate was given, and boarding and arrival times were changed. If you're a citizen and you're late for a flight, you lose your ticket, but Turkish Airlines can cause a 40-minute delay without even apologizing. They won't give refunds or do anything else to make up for the trouble they've caused. It doesn't make sense that they want people to follow the rules when they don't follow them themselves. This lack of care for their customers' well-being could cause them a lot of trouble. Why don't they think about these things? Turkish Airlines seems to have turned into a public bus service, and something needs to be done right away to fix the problem.
