Turkish Airlines Damaged My Sturdy Luggage

On July 9, I traveled from Mardin to Istanbul on the 11:45 flight with Turkish Airlines. Thankfully, we arrived safely without any issues. While waiting for our luggage, I noticed that my suitcase was broken. I immediately went to the damaged baggage section. They inspected it and created a report, took photos, and sent them. They also provided an address for me to send photos of the damaged luggage, a copy of my ID, ticket number, and repair receipt or invoice. I uploaded the photos of the damaged luggage, but for some reason, they didn't upload successfully. However, I shared all other requested documents and gave the suitcase for repair. The suitcase was repaired, and I paid a fee of ₺170, which I also sent the receipt for. Despite my high regard for Turkish Airlines, they did not resolve my issue because the photo of the damaged luggage wasn't uploaded successfully. This is not acceptable for a reputable airline like Turkish Airlines. There is a report, photos, and evidence that my sturdy luggage was broken by your staff. Everything is clear from the camera recordings, but unfortunately, they did not address my grievance. This is very disappointing for a globally renowned brand like Turkish Airlines.
