Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage But Didn't Provide Any Support
Ref:2023206457
I received my luggage from the belt with one of its wheels completely broken off. I reported my complaint there. They took a report. I sent all the pictures, my ticket, and documents to the compensation department. As a result, I received a message from THY's damage and compensation department saying, 'If you have had your luggage repaired, send us the repair invoice; if it cannot be repaired, send us a non-repairable report.' There is no luggage repair service in the UK. Let's say there is. Where will I find it, how will I go, and how much time will I spend? The company that breaks our luggage and its employees will not suffer as much as we do. The punishment for their mistakes will be inflicted on us. The time and transportation costs I will pay (if I find a repair place) will already be more than the money they will pay me. In short, they are saying don't bother, close this case, it will cost you more.
