Turkish Airlines Damaged My Baggage

On 13/08/2023, after my THY flight TK0971 from Ercan to Istanbul Airport, my suitcase's top handle was broken due to improper handling by THY staff. At the THY office inside the airport, a damage report was filled out. The staff member who filled out the form stated that the damage was repairable and that if I had it repaired and provided the invoice to THY, they would cover the cost. Dear THY, if you have any other requests, please let me know, because apparently, I have nothing better to do than chase after the repair of my suitcase handle broken by your staff. Is this the solution you offer to your passengers? Please inform me immediately on how you will compensate for the damage in the easiest way possible. No one collects money from the street, and I shouldn't have to chase after the mistakes of your unmotivated staff. Everyone should do their job properly! Compensate for my damage urgently. I've had enough trouble already...
