Turkish Airlines Customer Support Cannot Help Check-In

Turkish Airlines should be avoided! I am unable to complete online check-in for my flight from Pristina to Istanbul, which is only 12 hours away. I've been begging customer service representatives for help, but they've been completely unhelpful. They claim they are unable to assist and direct me to provide feedback. However, when I submit a feedback request, the feedback department informs me that no feedback on the check-in process has been received. They even suggest that the flight information may contain errors. They say I can only check in at the airport, but when I ask if I can do it right now, they say yes. However, at the airport, check-in is not permitted unless it is within 6 hours of the flight. I'll keep you posted on any changes.
