Turkish Airlines Complaint Regarding The Lack Of Response To My Surname Change Request

I purchased my Turkish Airlines ticket number 2352294077016 on 1 March 2026 for today’s flight from Denizli (DNZ) at 21:15 to Malaga (AGP) at 10:35. After buying the ticket, I legally added my maiden name to my surname and received a new passport. Because of this legal surname change, the surname on my ticket does not match the surname in my current passport, which is “E*** Ç***” Due to this mismatch, I have not been able to complete check-in or obtain a boarding pass, and I have been informed that I may even be denied boarding, even if a boarding pass is somehow issued. I opened a feedback case yesterday with case code TK-14513357 and have called customer service multiple times. Each time I was told that my request was marked as “urgent” and that I would receive an email response, but until now I have not received any reply or solution, despite the critical time pressure before my flight. My flight is scheduled for today, and the absence of a resolution has placed me in a very difficult and stressful situation through no fault of mine, as the surname change stems from an official legal process. I urgently request that my surname on ticket number 2352294077016 be updated to match my current passport surname “E*** Ç***” so that I can check in and board my flight without further problems. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved immediately and that I be informed in writing as soon as the correction is completed.
