Turkish Airlines Check-in and Refund Issue

On Sunday, December 31, 2023, I traveled from Nurtepe, Kagithane to Istanbul New Airport using the new airport metro in Kagithane for my Istanbul-Zonguldak flight at 11:05 AM with PNR: RFP6MH. Around 10:00 AM, when I tried to do an online check-in, I received a message saying 'Since your ticket was issued by a travel agency, you cannot proceed with online channels (mobile app and website). Please contact your agency to continue.' As a result, I couldn't check in online. After passing through X-ray and security at the airport entrance, I went to the check-in counter around 10:25 AM, where I was informed that the check-in had closed and was directed to supervisor D44 for assistance. Upon speaking with the supervisor at D44, I was told that the check-in was closed and no further action could be taken, and that I should speak with the ticketing office. At the ticketing office, I was informed that a refund, credit, or rescheduling was not possible. I feel completely wronged by this situation. I am requesting a refund.
