Free Fire MAX Failed to Retrieve Version Config Error

I am writing about a technical problem I am experiencing with Free Fire MAX. When I try to enter the game, I constantly receive an error message saying “ERROR – Failed to retrieve version config: 2” and I am unable to access the game at all. This problem has been happening since 23 October 2026. I simply tried to open the game again after not playing for one day, and from that moment on the error started appearing on my Android device every time I launch the game. Because of this, I could not log in and I have missed my daily login rewards. I request that you urgently fix this error so that I can enter the game again without any problems, and that you compensate the daily login rewards I could not collect during the period when I was unable to access my account due to this issue.
