Life Insurance Premium Refund Missing After Loan Restructuring

I have a consumer loan with Yapı Kredi under the name Birol B*** with loan number 200011457142. On 24.04.2026, the life insurance policy linked to this loan ended because the bank updated my loan to a 12‑month term without insurance and with a lower interest rate, and despite this, the life insurance premium has not been refunded to me. After noticing that the refund was not made, I contacted Yapı Kredi. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to call the insurance company myself, and no direct support was provided for the refund process. I request that the premium of the cancelled life insurance be urgently and in full refunded to my demand deposit account and that I be informed in writing after the refund is completed.
