Turkish Airlines Baggage Loss and Inconvenience

I flew from Shanghai to Istanbul on October 27. After waiting 15 hours at the airport, I had a connecting flight from Istanbul to Pristina. The flight was delayed 5 times, and during the last delay, I went to the restroom to take my medication as I am diabetic. When I returned, the gate had suddenly closed, and I was not allowed to board. The flight departed 1 hour and 30 minutes later. My friend boarded the flight and took my 3 bags with her, handing them over to the flight attendant. I had to stay in a hotel overnight and buy a new ticket to fly the next day. I still couldn't find my bags, and I was without medication for a day because my medication was in my bags. I want compensation for all this inconvenience. I am trying to create a file, but the page won't open, and when I call the lost and found department, no one helps.
