Turkish Airlines Baggage Delivery Issue

On 05.11.2023, my flight with Turkish Airlines from Antalya Airport to London Heathrow via Istanbul was first delayed. Later, at London Heathrow Airport, I had to retrieve my luggage on 09.11.2023, which was supposed to be delivered on 05.11.2023, through my own efforts. I had traveled to London for business meetings and to finalize commercial deals, and all my presentation notes and documents were in my luggage. Because of Turkish Airlines, I couldn't attend any of my meetings, causing harm to both my company and my career. The most disheartening part was that despite leaving my phone number and email address with their support line, the company never contacted me. I only managed to find my luggage on the day of my departure and retrieved it from the airport just hours before my return flight. For four days, I postponed my meetings, hoping my luggage would be delivered to my hotel, but it never was. I am very curious about how they will compensate for the financial and emotional damages I have suffered.
