Turkish Airlines Baggage Allowance Violation

On my flight from Iğdır Airport at 4:15 PM on August 2, 2024, I experienced an issue related to feedback number TK-13237407. Nine hard-boiled eggs and less than half a kilogram of roasted meat, boxed and bagged for carry-on luggage, were not allowed in the cabin, even though they were not prohibited. Airport security, the police, and finally, the Turkish Airlines executive officer stated that these items could not be carried in the cabin. However, no official list, no basis, and no explanation was provided for the prohibited items. I was simply subjected to an arbitrary treatment, stating that they were "prohibited." I was forced to check in my items, resulting in my eggs breaking, my roasted meat container shattering, and my carry-on baggage becoming dirty and unusable. I contacted Turkish Airlines customer service about this, but received no detailed explanation, only general and dismissive responses. In the past, I've carried similar items at the same airport without any problems after obtaining customer service approval; this year, I was subjected to an arbitrary treatment. I demand compensation for the financial loss I've suffered, a refund for the product, and most importantly, an apology from the relevant personnel. Furthermore, if my items are indeed prohibited, I demand a clear statement of the official list or rule under which this is based. I demand that necessary action be taken to prevent such arbitrary practices and protect customer rights. My flight information is: PNR T33KBB.
