On September 3, 2023, Sunday at 17:25, I had a flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport to Mugla Dalaman. It's been almost a month, and I only found out about the missing documents issue when I called. This is my second feedback. You are not searching for Ms. C*****'s grave, and I hope you won't charge me for a service I didn't use. I missed the flight because I had to spend the night at the police station. If the documents you requested from me are not enough to speed up the process, I would like to offer my humble support to your investigation (anyone can ask the police station across from Sabiha Gokcen). I request a refund for my ticket and the extra baggage fee I paid. When I went to collect my luggage the next day, the lady who processed my payment said that the refund could only be made to my card if I provided feedback since the previous day's cash register had closed. You will issue a refund; there is no point in dragging this out. It takes 5 minutes to take the payment, but we are dragged when we ask for a refund. It wasn't even mentioned that we had missing documents related to our issue. We are not messiahs; we can only find out if we call after 15 days, and then another 15 days are added on top. This is not acceptable, Anadolu Jet - Turkish Airlines! I don't want to wait any longer; please take the necessary actions. Best regards.

Everything is bad enough, please don't break the suitcases bought with people's hard-earned money. Do you know how much a suitcase costs? We hate everything because we were humiliated with our own money. Please let us spend our hard-earned cash on bars and parties, not services we didn't receive.
