Trust Wallet Unathorized Transfer Of Funds To An Unknown Wallet

I am a user of Trust Wallet and I recently noticed a crypto transfer from my wallet that I did not authorize. On 15 September 2026, an outgoing transaction of 0.010709 BTC, with a value of approximately 833.52 USD, was sent from my wallet to an address that I do not recognize. In the application the status of this transaction appears as “Completed,” but I never approved or intentionally made this transfer and I do not even know the address to which the funds were sent. Because of this situation, I strongly suspect that my account or device may have been compromised and that I have been scammed. I immediately contacted you by email to report the issue and request help, but I have not yet received a satisfactory solution and my funds are still missing. I request that this unauthorized transaction be urgently investigated, that I be informed clearly about how this could happen, and that my lost amount be refunded if possible. I also ask for support in securing my wallet and preventing similar unauthorized transactions in the future.
