Abnormal Charges From Netshort

I recently noticed that Netshort charged 24.99 USD to my bank card on 15 September 2026, even though I am not using any of their services and I cannot find any active subscription in their app or in the Play Store to cancel it. I received an SMS from my bank informing me of this payment to Netshort, but when I check the Netshort app it shows that I am not subscribed. In the past I only made a single payment to Netshort for a watch, without creating an account or registering for a subscription. I did not knowingly approve any recurring payment or subscription after that one-time purchase, and I was not informed that they would continue charging my card. I request that the 24.99 USD taken on 15 September 2026 be fully refunded to my bank card and that any existing subscription or recurring payment linked to my card be completely cancelled so that no further unauthorized charges are made.
