THY Flight Missed Due to Lack of Shuttle Service

On June 21, 2024, I was scheduled to fly on flight TK-2419 from Antalya to Istanbul to Ankara, with PNR number v8qgjk, departing at 19:10. Despite being at the airport at 18:25, 45 minutes before the flight, having completed check-in, and holding my boarding pass, I was not allowed to board the flight even though I was at the gate at 18:53, 17 minutes before departure. The reason given was the lack of a ready shuttle service.
My flight was canceled because I missed the ground services bus that left 3 minutes earlier, despite the pilot's approval for me to board. I was directed to the sales office, where my mileage points were refunded, but I was also asked to pay a ₺200 penalty as if it were my fault. Additionally, no transportation to the city center, meal, or any form of apology was provided for the inconvenience caused.
Considering that THY is one of the most expensive airlines in the world, even third-class airlines in third-world countries offer some form of compensation such as meals, hotel stays, transportation, free lounge access, or gift miles in such situations. However, THY penalizes us instead. What kind of offense warrants this penalty?
