THY Compensation for Flight Delay Not Paid

On June 12, 2024, despite having a flight ticket for 06:20 AM, I was moved to the 15:20 flight due to overbooking. This caused an 8-hour delay, negatively impacting my tasks in the destination city both financially, emotionally, and in terms of fatigue. They gave me a paper for €100 compensation, but I couldn't collect it from either the departure airport (Istanbul Airport) or the arrival airport (Antalya). Similarly, when I returned from Antalya to Istanbul on June 13, 2024, with Ajet, I visited their branch in Antalya and was told there was no money. Upon arriving at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport, I was again told there was no money. How can an agency have no money? It's unbelievable. I don't know whether to be upset about the 8-9 hours lost or to be shocked by being deceived by THY. I want my issue resolved.
