THY Broken Luggage Compensation Issue

2.5 months ago, during my international trip with THY, my luggage was broken in the baggage area. Necessary reports were filed at the airport, and after returning to the country, I opened a Baggage Irregularity Report. First, they asked for the receipt of the broken luggage. I said it would be very difficult to find the receipt since I bought it a year ago. They said they wouldn't accept it without the receipt. I went to the store where I bought the luggage, and they said, 'You need to tell us the exact purchase date to find the receipt.' I couldn't remember the exact date. Anyway, long story short, they finally agreed to compensate me with an amount they determined. They asked us to enter the IBAN into the system, but there was an error in the IBAN format. After TR, 61 couldn't be entered; 00 had to be entered instead. So, I entered it that way. Now they say they have sent the money, but I haven't received any. I'm asking which IBAN they sent it to and how, but there is no response...
