THY Samsonite Baggage Damage Compensation Delay

Hello, during my February trip with THY, my Samsonite baggage was torn and became unusable. A report was filed at the airport. On February 28, I created a baggage damage form. Samsonite provided a report valuing the luggage over 9000₺. THY said they would compensate around 6000₺, which I accepted. During this process, I had a surname change. Communication was slow and mostly via email, despite my frequent reminders and quick responses. They indicated the payment would be made on May 17, but it still hasn't been done. Such lengthy processing is not fitting for Turkish Airlines. I request the payment be made to me as soon as possible. My IBAN and job details should be urgently confirmed over the phone, and the payment should be made to me within this week. Otherwise, I will initiate legal proceedings. It is extremely embarrassing for an institution like THY to delay such a simple payment.
