For my TK2020 flight from Istanbul to Kayseri, I went to gate G5A at 6:00 AM as indicated on my ticket. However, by 6:20 AM, the gates had not opened. When I found an official to inquire about the situation, I learned that the gate number had been changed. I asked, 'Shouldn't I have been informed about this?' I said, 'I've been waiting here for hours and have never encountered such a situation.' The official responded, 'You're right, this is not related to you, please tell another official, they will assist you. If you explain the situation, they will understand directly.' However, when I explained the situation to another official, I was told, 'We cannot assist you, you are responsible for following this.' I said, 'My ticket indicates this gate number, it's my first time here and I was unaware of this situation. I request compensation for my inconvenience.' The person in front of me said, 'No matter your tone, I cannot assist you. This is your issue, and no one here can help you.' I was constantly redirected to different places, but no one helped. When I said, 'I will file a compensation lawsuit,' I heard, 'No matter which law you refer to.' This was my first time choosing Turkish Airlines, and I am deeply disappointed by this negative experience. I request that these issues be resolved.
