I'm very upset with how Turkish Airlines treats its customers. After letting them know with report number TK-9242754, I told them more than once how important my problem was. Their employees told me that an urgent code had been put in and that I would hear back within the day. But, to my surprise, they didn't call, email, or leave a message. This lack of care about something I think is important is especially disappointing coming from a respected company like Turkish Airlines, which we are proud of on a national and international level. Unfortunately, I have to tell them how unhappy I am because I feel like they haven't done anything to help me.
