Missed Flight Due to Turkish Airlines Delays
We checked in our luggage for reservation 2352200454701 at 19:00. When it was time for the flight, we were at gate G9A, but learned from the staff and the screen that the flight was delayed to 21:50. Like everyone else, we left the area to attend to personal needs. When we returned at 21:30, the gate was closed. The supervisor at D44 informed us that the last entry was at 21:33, but I showed that I had called your 850 number at 21:33, proving we were there at 21:30. Despite this, we were turned away with a negative response. After obtaining new tickets, we returned to D44 to ask for lounge access assistance. A different supervisor looked into the matter and made a call, discussing why the gate was closed 20 minutes early instead of 15 minutes. We were again told they couldn't help. Despite the delay being on your end, we received no positive response regarding customer satisfaction. As a customer who usually flies without issues with your company, this lack of assistance deeply saddened me.
