I Missed Turkish Airlines Flight TK2462 Due to Gate Issues

On February 1, 2024, I checked in my luggage for flight TK2462 at 14:15 at 13:30. There was a queue when entering the terminal. I was asked to remove my boots. I found out that Gate G3G was downstairs. As I was going down the stairs, the shuttle bus left. The staff told me that the gate was closed and they couldn't let me in or do anything to help. No one assisted me. The flight was still 20 minutes from departure. I was told to go back to the entrance and buy a new ticket. People work hard to earn money. I was sent from one place to another. It took me 2 hours to retrieve my luggage. Not only did I lose my ticket, but I also faced rude and unfriendly treatment. No one helped me. They made me wander around aimlessly just to waste time. I did not see a solution-oriented or well-intentioned approach. I experienced this negligence even when trying to retrieve my luggage from the lost and found section. They made me go around the entire airport. Apparently, a phone call would have sufficed, and a staff member would have come. I eventually found out and got my luggage. I couldn't find another ticket either. I want my grievance to be addressed.
