Losing belongings with Turkish Airlines at Istanbul Airport...
No assistance or help at the airport.
I was on a business class flight from Riyadh to Istanbul, seated in 3A with a copy of my boarding pass. I forgot my neck pillow/protector on the plane. When I went back to retrieve it, a security officer came and said it was not possible to enter the cabin. I was told to go to the lost and found office. After an hour of lack of assistance and misdirection, I arrived and waited with the lost and found officer for 20₺. Then they said they couldn't find it, maybe someone took it. What is the solution? Although its value is not high, the improper behavior and lack of follow-up by your employees caused its loss. Unfortunately, this is an observation that needs to be considered, especially since I was about to miss my flight... I want a satisfactory solution.
