I purchased a ticket for the Ankara-Brussels flight on October 24, 2023, and the return flight on October 27, 2023, from Brussels to Ankara. However, since there was no THY plane available, I had to book a ticket on an Anadolu Jet flight. On October 24, 2023, I traveled from Ankara to Brussels with a layover in Istanbul. Although the ticket indicated that meals would be provided on the Ankara-Istanbul leg, only water was served. On the Istanbul-Brussels leg, despite the ticket mentioning a snack or brunch, only a small sandwich with tomato and cheese was served. On my return journey on October 27, 2023, the same stale small sandwich with tomato and cheese was served on the Istanbul-Brussels leg. Additionally, due to a 4-hour delay, I was given a meal voucher valid at Burger King (Whopper Junior or King Chicken). During my conversation with the Anadolu Jet supervisor, I was informed that only water is served on domestic flights, and the ticket might have been incorrectly written. They also mentioned that the meal provided due to the delay was from their partner company and menu. Firstly, looking at the list, a 4-hour delay requires a proper meal, yet they offer the worst two meals at Burger King. Besides, it's unacceptable to say that the ticket was written incorrectly. Moreover, it is truly disappointing for a company of THY's caliber to be associated with Anadolu Jet.
