Issues with Miles&Smiles Membershipon Turkish Airlines
I am unable to use my Miles&Smiles membership because it keeps giving errors. I requested help for my membership because I don't want my points to go to waste. When I try to create a membership, it says this email is already in use. When I try to retrieve my password, it says there is no membership associated with this email. I contacted customer service about the issue. The conversation goes like this:

(It doesn't arrive)
- Hello, the reset link did not arrive
- A pin reset link has been sent to your email
(It doesn't arrive)

It's a vicious cycle. When I try to resolve it myself, it says there is no membership associated with this email. I've been struggling with this for a week; finding one membership, saving my email, and sending the link to the same email shouldn't be this difficult.
