I Was Unable to Access Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Account
I am a long-time member of Miles&Smiles. In the past, I was able to access my membership information. However, due to password issues or other reasons, I can no longer log in. I sought help from customer service but still couldn't log in. I contacted Miles&Smiles customer service multiple times and provided feedback. The email response stated that all my accounts had been merged, and I specified to use the most recent email address. However, it says my password is blocked. When I try to get a new password, it doesn't arrive in my registered email. Each time, they say the issue is resolved, but I still can't access my membership information. This issue needs to be resolved by calling customer service; the feedback form does not solve the problem. As a result, I can't use my miles. It seems like this problem is being created to prevent us from using our miles. I can't think of any other reason because this is a very simple process.
