Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Membership Login Issue
I have a THY Miles&Smiles card, which is entirely mine, but unfortunately, I cannot access my membership information. I have been communicating with THY for days, but they have not been able to resolve my issue. When the membership was first opened, the name was mine, but an unrelated email address was entered. They managed to correct the email address and phone number somehow, but I still cannot log into the system. Despite providing all the required information and documents, they keep giving me nonsensical responses, saying The email address you shared is used by another member, and we cannot process it without approval. I keep writing to them, explaining that this email is mine, and they are in contact with me through this email + they can reach me via my mobile phone + my ID number is correct + they have my identity information. Why do they still claim this email is used by someone else? No response. Very poor system, very poor understanding.
They called back once. Despite giving feedback multiple times, they still haven't found a solution. They are asking me to provide a new email address... Should I change the email address I've been using for years just for Turkish Airlines? After all, this is a computer program, and they should allow me to use my account. They already communicate with me through my email or phone for every question, but they still don't let me use my account.
