I can't even send a screenshot of the issue. When I ask if they can help at the airport, they still refer me to the feedback button. Unfortunately, the system does not accept my information due to some error. Please help me urgently. As a result of my call with the customer service center at 444 0 849, I cannot use my Miles and Smiles card with the number TK 180969502 because my information is incorrect.
In the end, I checked the box confirming that I was a passenger on the specified flight, even though there was no specified flight. I sent the feedback that way. Let's see what happens.
