Issues on Turkish Airlines TK2341 Izmir-Istanbul Flight
On the Turkish Airlines TK2341 Izmir-Istanbul flight at 22:54, there was a 45-minute delay due to operational reasons. After boarding and ascending, we experienced high pressure, causing ear pain and significant discomfort. According to the captain, one of the pressure covers had not closed properly. This made me think the plane was faulty and unchecked. We trust Turkish Airlines, but encountering such an issue was disappointing. The plane returned to Izmir, and no detailed explanation was provided for a long time. We were kept waiting in the terminal for nearly an hour without clear information on what would happen next. As people with work on Monday, we suffered greatly. We were transferred to another plane, which created a sense of insecurity among passengers. I had to arrive in Istanbul at midnight, missed the Havaist shuttle, and ended up paying a lot for a taxi. This situation was extremely miserable and unacceptable. Turkish Airlines needs to find a solution for this issue. I will report my complaint everywhere.
