Issue with Turkish Airlines Flight Date Change

On June 20th, I called THY to use our mileage points. We wanted to book a ticket for July 24th departure and July 29th return. Our tickets for the July 24th 01:25 TK2428 IST-AYT flight were issued with PNR: R8CWLG, ticket numbers: 2352149505248, 2352149505249, 2352149505250, 2352149505251. We successfully booked these tickets. Later, we proceeded to book the return flight for July 29th and repeated our request multiple times. If you listen to the voice recordings, you will notice that the representative had difficulty completing the transaction due to system and card issues. They told us to make the reservation and complete the purchase within three days. Our reservation with code R2YH7G was completed. The ticket and payment needed to be completed by June 25th, 21:09 Antalya local time. We purchased the reserved ticket on the third day, June 25th, but did not have a chance to confirm the date again due to our work schedule. We had no issues on our departure, but when we arrived at Antalya Airport at 21:30 on July 29th, we were told our flight was not listed. With two children, we had to return to the bus station, which took one and a half hours, and wait until 5:30 AM, making our children sleep on chairs for six hours. I believe we did not deserve such an end to our vacation. I hope a large company like @THY will at least compensate for our financial loss. When you listen to the voice recordings from June 20th, you will hear how many times we mentioned the return date of July 29th. I expect a prompt response. Please do not let our hard-earned vacation end on such a sour note. 🙏 @THY
