Turkish Airlines Flight Ticket Refund Issue
On Friday, July 14th, our 16:25 flight was delayed by 3 hours. Given the possibility of further delays, I requested a round-trip refund for my daughter's and my tickets. However, only our return tickets were refunded, citing that the flight time was within the last hour. Despite pointing out that it was not yet within the last hour considering the delay, the refund was not granted. I am disappointed that a large company like THY would act this way. It is unbelievable that the 16:25 flight took off at 19:25, yet my refund request was denied. We are being penalized for a delay caused by your company. We had also rented a car and could not use it due to the delay, resulting in wasted payment. I demand immediate rectification of this issue. I request the immediate refund of the Batman departure tickets for myself and G**S**. Otherwise, we will have to pursue legal action. Notification No: TK-9158470.
