I Was Unable to Get Any Response From Turkish Airlines About Scholarship Discount Code

I have been trying to obtain a MEB Scholarship discount code from Turkish Airlines for a while. Despite mentioning that my flight is after November 1st, I continuously received codes valid only until November 1st. When I requested a new code, I reapplied due to a surname change from marriage, but again received a code valid only until November 1, 2023. As a student with a 40 kg baggage allowance and wanting to fly from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, I constantly tried to get a response through feedback because customer service was not helpful over the phone.
