GCash Unauthorized ₱699 Charge from Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology
I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized charge made to my GCash account by Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited and I am requesting a full refund of this amount. On September 13, 2026, an amount of ₱699.00 was deducted from my account under the name “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” without my permission. I did not authorize this transaction, did not agree to any subscription, and did not knowingly register on any platform belonging to this company. I have a screenshot of the transaction details showing the merchant name, the amount of ₱699.00 and the date of September 13, 2026, which clearly proves that the payment was processed without my consent. I consider this an unauthorized and unjustified charge. I request that this ₱699.00 be fully refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible and that Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited be permanently blocked from charging my account again in the future. I also ask for written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the merchant has been blocked from further debits. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, and I am ready to provide any additional information or documents you may reasonably require to complete the refund process.
I was charged too after paying P1 for a photo that I had converted to Jpeg and a few hours after I saw that I was unwillingly charged with P699 on my Gcash. I emailed Gcash but they said they couldn't refund so I sent a letter to both Bangko Sentral and the Cybercrime agency but even after that, Gcash is still not willing to refund. P699 is not such a humongous amount but I swear, I'm going to do whatever I can to make that Hongkong Vcrea Ltd pay for what they did if only to prevent others experiencing the same scam.
