Amazon.sa Fraudulent Order Financed Through Tabby – I Did Not Authorize It
I recently discovered an unauthorized order on Amazon.sa that was financed through my Tabby account. The order, dated 11 June 2026 with order number 404-3320477-7123513 for a Samsung phone, was not placed by me. Someone appears to have hacked my Tabby account and used it to create this order, and now Tabby is asking me to pay for it. When I contacted Amazon customer service and provided the order number, they told me they could not find the order. I then contacted Tabby customer service, and they told me I needed to ask Amazon to cancel the order, which I am currently unable to do since Amazon says they cannot locate it. I am therefore stuck between the two parties even though I am the victim of an account breach and did not authorize this purchase. I request that this order be fully cancelled and that the Tabby payment linked to this Amazon.sa order be completely removed from my Tabby account so that I am not held responsible for any part of this debt. I also ask for written confirmation that I will not be charged now or in the future for this fraudulent transaction.
I dispute the overdue payment and request an investigation into this issue.
