I Experienced Significant Inconvenience Due To the Unresponsiveness of Turkish Airlines Customer Service

Horrible communication from customer service representatives.
Do you really think these customer service representatives can solve people's problems? Every time you try to reach someone, you wait at least 10 minutes on the phone. When you finally get through, you struggle to communicate with people who mumble and are hard to understand. I noticed a typo in my last name while checking in for my flight at 6:50 AM today, which I had booked the night before at 9 PM. When I called for help to correct it, they first told me to write feedback and then provide the feedback number to the customer representative. They said they would get back to me after the process was queued. I wanted to cancel the ticket, but they said to wait for the process first and if there was no response, then they would cancel the ticket because the system requires customer service approval for cancellation. It's 9:10 AM now - the flight was 3 hours ago, and I still haven't received an email about the issue. Excellent assistance, thank you.
