I Experienced Inconvenience Due To Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Communication of Turkish Airlines Staff
On December 30, 2023, during the TK7042 Ankara-Batman flight, we were supposed to arrive in Batman at 17:05, but due to weather conditions, we had to land in Elazig at 18:30. Upon landing at Elazig Airport, the responsible Turkish Airlines staff member, O**** O*****, demonstrated a lack of professionalism and responsibility, causing inconvenience to all passengers.
The staff informed us that a bus was arranged from Elazig to Batman, but passengers traveling to other cities were told in an irresponsible manner that arriving in Batman at 11 PM and the lack of buses from Batman at that hour was 'not our problem.' He spoke to passengers in a casual and dismissive tone, saying 'you can complain to whoever you want,' and then left without answering our questions.
We understand that weather conditions are beyond your control; however, Turkish Airlines' failure to address our inconvenience in such situations and employing staff who lack communication skills is unbecoming of a company like yours.
