Turkish Airlines Overbooking Issue on Trabzon Flight

My vacation was ruined because of Turkish Airlines. Despite being at the airport 2 hours early for the 22:45 flight to Trabzon on July 3, 2024, I was not allowed to board. At least 100-150 other people were also affected that morning. When I approached the officials, they told me, 'As an airline, we have the right to overbook by 10%. You should be at the airport at least 24 hours in advance.' I showed the message I received on my phone to the official, which stated that I should be there at least 60 minutes before. They responded, 'Don't trust those messages; they are not accurate.' Later, I was told to check for availability 40-45 minutes before the next flight. It seemed odd to me that I wasn't allowed to board the flight even though I arrived 55-60 minutes early, but was asked to check 45 minutes before the next flight. Additionally, I witnessed the staff trying to accommodate a relative for the same Antalya flight. It became apparent that the tickets we purchase are given for free to their staff and their relatives. Flights that are closed to the public are immediately opened if you are a staff relative.
