While checking in for an international flight, I got stuck at the nationality section. When I tried to contact THY, the system directed me to the number 0850 242 0847. I called to resolve my issue, and they transferred me to another person whose name I forgot. She told me that I must purchase a seat, otherwise, I wouldn't be allowed on the plane and would be considered a banned passenger. If the voice recording hasn't been deleted, they can check it. They pressured me into buying a seat during check-in. She stated that if I didn't buy a seat, I wouldn't be able to board the plane. Reluctantly, I had to purchase a seat for ₺3800, even though the seat was included in the ticket when I bought it. They charged me ₺3822 for this. They directed me to a place to enter my card information. I believe that this action by THY is unlawful. I am requesting a refund. I also want to complain about the staff who forced me to buy a seat during the check-in call at 0850 242 08 47. I am a victim in this situation. I had to cancel my card, and it was my only card for international use. I have no cash, and I can't cancel the ticket. This has caused numerous issues, unnecessary debt, and a lot of inconvenience.
